This is Kahlan Amnell from The Sword of Truth series by Terry Goodkind, another of my favorite writers. The dress is similar to the dress in the TV series Legend of the seeker, but her face is how I see her when I read the books.

It's a series of about eight to ten books. I haven't finished the series yet but its your basic good verses evil. The first book is called Wizards First Rule and all I can say is I was loaned it by a friend and I read about five chapters before I went out and bought my own copy. It gets very complicated and detailed though and the books are really thick. I really recommend it if your into fantasy.
Kahlan is one of the main characters and I love her.

The first book is basically about a woodsguide, Richard, who discovers he's more than he thought he was and its also about his struggle against the evil that comes to hunt him. From the get go, there's Kahlan who is a Confessor in search of the First Wizard to help defeat the evil Lord Darken Rahl, who is the one hunting Richard. The Wizard is Zedd, who helps Richard and Kahlan with their battle against Darken Rahl. He's a funny old man.
Anymore than that I feel is giving away the fun of discovering it while you read, but if I had to recommend a good book, Wizards First Rule would be top on the list.

wow thanks Anyae, im defiently looking that one up, a friend gave me a couple of suggestions the other day, one was called rabbit heart, and she says that its also realy good, aparently its about this woman in ye'old england and shes a mistress, but for some reason all her lovers keep dying and shes being chased by this detective and well thats baisicaly all she told me, but thanks again, im going to the book store sometime this week, so i'll keep an eye out for it!

I love her face, there's a real serenity about her and she seems.. I dunno mature? Somehow XD Almost like your face drawing evolved a bit ;)

I REALLY like the way her face turned out. I worked harder than usual on her and i'm glad someone else noticed.

thank you. I must admit I worked harder on her then usual. I was indeed going for a serene and knowledgeable expression. I love the way she turned out and I'm very proud of her.
